Great experience at a bad moment. They took our truck in their shop right after arrival, diagnosed bad batteries and lose wire on the alternator that was causing battery overcharge.They already had the right batteries, replaced them and it took them 1h45min together with diagnostics and replacement. The charge was fair as well. I wish every shop was like them. Right on point, great feedback and organized.We didnt even had to cancel our reload. We loaded on time and kept trucking. Two thumbs up!
A buddy of mine recommended this shop. What I appreciate about this shop is that they actually take reservations for work. Many shops have gone to a first come first serve, which in my business does not work. My truck has to be on the road and working. They were able to schedule me, get me in evaluate the issues get parts and get my truck out in a single day. Great service, friendly staff and quality work. I've been using Schroeder's since 2010.My 2016 peterbilt had 95% of all repairs done here. I bought the truck new in 2015 it has 735,000 on it. They do all the work on my 2023 peterbilt also. They also do all my trailer repairs as my trucks are car haulers.Top notch service, excellent staff and good people that stand behind their work. Our box truck driver side door wasn’t closing and Wes the mobile mechanic. Came to our rescue. He is very polite and friendly. He did an amazing job and did his best to get us back on the road asap! We appreciate the time and great effort he did on our damage door lock and not to mention in this horrible weather conditions. Definitely call here for their fast and great service.
