Great experience at a bad moment. They took our truck in their shop right after arrival, diagnosed bad batteries and lose wire on the alternator that was causing battery overcharge.They already had the right batteries, replaced them and it took them 1h45min together with diagnostics and replacement. My brakes were a disaster, and since I was traveling through Denver with my slide-in camper in the bed, I had to take it to a semi shop.
