Great experience at a bad moment. They took our truck in their shop right after arrival, diagnosed bad batteries and lose wire on the alternator that was causing battery overcharge.They already had the right batteries, replaced them and it took them 1h45min together with diagnostics and replacement. The charge was fair as well. I wish every shop was like them. Right on point, great feedback and organized.We didnt even had to cancel our reload. We loaded on time and kept trucking. Two thumbs up!

Although I live in NC, I've been using Schroeder Truck Repair for over 16 years. Their mechanics and people are top notch. There's not a better mechanic in the country than David. From light mechanical to big mechanical jobs to welding, Schroeder has taken care of it all for me. Experienced and well-equipped shop that takes great care of your rig. I came in with a few issues—they took me in right off the street and had everything fixed within a couple of hours, saving me valuable time. Big plus: they really know how to maintain your Carhauler!
A buddy of mine recommended this shop. What I appreciate about this shop is that they actually take reservations for work. Many shops have gone to a first come first serve, which in my business does not work. My truck has to be on the road and working. They were able to schedule me, get me in evaluate the issues get parts and get my truck out in a single day. Great service, friendly staff and quality work. I will return to the shop for any other issues my truck has.
Our box truck driver side door wasn’t closing and Wes the mobile mechanic. Came to our rescue. He is very polite and friendly. He did an amazing job and did his best to get us back on the road asap! We appreciate the time and great effort he did on our damage door lock and not to mention in this horrible weather conditions. Definitely call here for their fast and great service.
